Our country officially launched a new round of curriculum reform of basic education in 2001.With the implementation of the curriculum reform, Chinese textbook appeared scence of the prosperity.And Hebei Education version of junior high school language textbook written by Hebei Province Institute of Educational Sciences edited,was permitted based on the interpretation of the " Chinese Course Standards of Full-time Compulsory Education( experimental draft) ", It combined with the teaching practice.Operating system plays an important part in textbook.It is the way to form people’s language ability.Meanwhile it is the method ofimproving Chinese accomplishment, rather than a vassal of the selection system.Operating system is updating and changing with the development of Chinese teaching material reform.However,we don’t have deep enough research on the design of the work, which belongs to the local fragmented research, rather than a certain system. The operating system of Chinese textbook has irreplaceable value and function in Chinese teaching, and it has important theoretical and practical significance to carry on the thorough research on it. From the aspects of theory, the research of operating system of textbook, can help us have a understanding of teaching reform.And it assitant us to improve and develop our language teaching materials.At the same time,it can attractt the frontline teachers’ attention to Hebei Education version of junior high school language textbook and its operating system. From the practice, it’s good for teachers to make scientific and efficient use of the operating system, which help them to design the classwork and extra-classwork.Moreover,it provides the textbook writers with some reference which for contribute to the further improvement of chinese tectbook.This study regards The new course standard as a guide.And it studies the homework desige of Junior highschool Chinese textbook which is come out byHebei junior high school language textbook.The writer looks forword to providing some reference for the researchers front-line teachers some help to make scientific and efficient use of textbook operating system.And the writer hopes it can offer some adviceon on the further modification and perfection of Hebei junior high school language textbook,with the hope of promoting the reform and development of Chinese textbooks.According to" Chinese Course Standards of Full-time Compulsory Education(2011 Edition)" the teacher explores the design comcept of Hebei version of the textbooks operating system at first’.Secondly, combining with the analysis of Hebei version textbook homework design, the writer summarizes its three major advantages:first,the design is open; second, it pays attention to the cultivation of students’ autonomous learning ability; third, it pays attention to the cultivation of students’ oral expression ability and writing ability.After that, the writer pionts out some questions and shortages about Hebei version textbooks assignment system which contains three sections: text exercises, "the practice of writing" and "comprehensive activities- oral communication. The deficiency of the exercises after the text mainly reflects: the neglect of the Chinese knowledge’s training and the training of the reading. The deficiencies of "writing practice" include: the lack of writing tips and neglect of the training of composition modification. The lack of "comprehensive activities" in oral communication lies in the neglect of the importance of cooperative learning and the learning of listening. Finally, the author by combining with the characteristics of Hebei version textbook homework design, put forward suggestions to teachers and writers. Finally,the writer put forward three suggestions about the teachers using the operating systemin the teaching: first, strengthen the guidance and training of students reading; second, pay attention to work design in the teaching of ancient poetry;third, pay attention to the cultivation of students’ ability in writing modification.Give suggestions for improvement of the textbooks : first, enhancethe skills of students’ Chinese reading training in theafter-school exercises;second,give writing tips and clear writing requirements in writing exercises.
