Then foamy academic is the devastating consequences of large-scale outbreak of academic bubble.In order to control the scale of academic bubble in a positive direction to promote functions, the regulation of academic system supply function is particularly important. To analyze function relation of the academic bubble and the academic system supplies based on the analysis of system supply of institutional economics theory, we know that effective system supply play a promote role in controlling academic bubble size.
