Ideological And Political Education: The Mechanism And The Role Of Achieving Path In College Students' Vocational Guidance

With a series of reform of China's higher education, college students 'employment system has been improving greatly. Although, to choose one's work independently is encouraged, as China's socialist market economic system is still in the establishment of the transitional period to improve , At the same time, the past 10 years of China's higher education rapidly shift from the elite education to the public education, making college students employment as unprecedented problems, which sustained and widespread employment of college students has become the focus of attention of the whole community. In response to this phenomenon, the ideological and political education should and can play an important role in the term of college students 'vocational guidance. In view of the problems of the ideological and political education in the college students 'vocational guidance, the paper analyzes thoroughly the necessity and feasibility of political and ideological education in college students' vocational guidance.
