| Through serious research and analysis of our present teaching management, we find out some problems concerning the operation and management of the present teaching pattern.First of all, lacking awareness of the teaching pattern, we haven't put it in a crucial place in the teaching process. Secondly, we haven't adapted to the reform of new courses and college entrance examination. It will take a long time for our education concept and teaching methods as well as students' learning ways to get used to it. Finally, training and guidance according to the unique situation of every school is necessary for teachers and students to adapt to the new course.My paper consists of four parts.The first part is the introduction relating briefly the background of the selected subject, the present situation and meaning of the research and the definition of the idea.The second part introduces the main procedures of operating the "Three Guidance Pattern" The research is concerned about the aspects of school management,the transform of the teacher and students parts,teaching activities and the way for study and so on.Next part mainly deals with the relationship that should be correctly handled so as to form the basis of further elaborating the management strategy of the Pattern systematically. Based on management organization, the research will explain the policies for improving theory,improving studying method etc.The last part talks about establishing a management strategy in favor of operating the Pattern. It centers on analyzing the update of our teaching concept and transformation of our teaching and study, and further simplification of our teaching pattern as well.In a word, Three Guidance Pattern is in total agreement with the present school situation, helping us adjust ourselves to the reform of the new courses and entrance college examination. Besides, not only does it benefit both students and teachers, but it also improves the teaching quality and education for all-round development.
