Universities To The "people-oriented" Management Philosophy Under The Guidance Of Teaching Management Model Constructed To Explore

In recent years, with the continuous expansion of university scales and the number of students, the previous conditions and modes of teaching are far from meeting the needs of teachers and students. Along the building of China's market economy system, the higher education is going through a large number of reforms under the leadership of our country, which requires that teaching management of schools emphasizes institutionalization and standardization, so that every aspect of teaching management is covered by rules of law. However, it ignores the individuality of teachers and students to enable students to become institutionalized "people". Both teachers who impart knowledge and students who are trained strictly comply to standard rules. The Scientific Outlook on Development has been put forward by our Party and Nation with the strategy of building a creative country and cultivating creative professionals. This traditional mode of teaching management is quite striped-pants, in which the rigid blend of teaching programs, synchronization of teaching process and simplification of teaching methods restrict the performance of "people"'s creativity and individuality, and no longer adapts to requirements of training creative persons. Therefore, the thorough implementation of the Scientific Outlook on Development in teaching management, emergence of new educational concepts and construction of new teaching management based on people-centered philosophy is the basic requirements to achieve the goal of personnel training as well as the inevitable choice for the development of China's higher education.Based on the analysis of "people oriented" concept as the core of the Scientific Outlook on Development and related theories, I analyzed the current drawbacks of teaching management existing in universities through questionnaire surveys and interviews among university teachers and students in my paper:outdated concept of teaching management, officialism in organization, lack of innovation in methods and unscientific evaluation system. Teachers, students, school administrators contribute to the major components of teaching activities, they play together and each of them matters to each other. People-oriented principle should be implemented in the management of higher education, the dominant roles of teachers, students and administrators should be established. In this paper, I tried to construct a mode of teaching management under the guidance of "people-oriented" philosophy, and suggested the corresponding measures:for management of teachers, an environment of human kindness should be created at the level of organizational system; A platform of free development of teachers'individuality should be created at the level of working system; A favorable humanistic phenomenon should be created at the level of life system. For the management of students, "people-oriented" concept of education should be implemented; the dominant position of students should be highlighted;, a standardized students management and operational system should be established; the build of student-management teams should be reinforced and students' self-education and self-management should be promoted. Teaching administrators must have the sense of service, strengthen their skills of communication, be aware of various needs of teachers and students, improve their own quality and enhance their management level.The main features of the paper are to explain how to implement "people-centered" philosophy into the objects managed by or managing higher education:teachers, students, educational administrators and their self-development. But some of the specific procedures of "people-oriented" management mode still need further study.
