| Without the reform of teachers' education, there would be no educational reform.With the rapid development of knowledge economy times, the speed of knowledge innovation is accelerating increasingly, it is obvious that education is playing an elementary, overall and leading role in the social development. The reform of teachers' education has been an important point in the world. Now we are implementing the new curriculum reform. The innovation and breakthroughs of the curriculum system brought by the curriculum function, framework, content, implementation, evaluation and administration will be reflected on the change of teachers' education ideology, education patterns and teaching actions. Under the guidance of the recent research achievements of curriculum and teaching pedagogy, education psychology and other related fields, the teacher training framework reflects the tendency of target with people first, comprehensive content and diversified patterns. The shortage of existed training framework which takes concentrating training in colleges as the main stream is appearing obviously.Based on the above, a great deal of researches and inquiries in teacher training of elementary and secondary school teachers have been done in the city of Jinan.
