Jinan City, The Guidance Of The Teacher Training Research

Without the reform of teachers' education, there would be no educational reform.With the rapid development of knowledge economy times, the speed of knowledge innovation is accelerating increasingly, it is obvious that education is playing an elementary, overall and leading role in the social development. The reform of teachers' education has been an important point in the world. Now we are implementing the new curriculum reform. The innovation and breakthroughs of the curriculum system brought by the curriculum function, framework, content, implementation, evaluation and administration will be reflected on the change of teachers' education ideology, education patterns and teaching actions. Under the guidance of the recent research achievements of curriculum and teaching pedagogy, education psychology and other related fields, the teacher training framework reflects the tendency of target with people first, comprehensive content and diversified patterns. The shortage of existed training framework which takes concentrating training in colleges as the main stream is appearing obviously.Based on the above, a great deal of researches and inquiries in teacher training of elementary and secondary school teachers have been done in the city of Jinan. This research topic analyzes the main structures adopted in teacher on-job training of elementary and secondary school teachers and the problems reflected since 1989.Taking into consideration the above problems, we put forward a research with the topic of The Requirements of Teachers Development with the form of questionnaire in the elementary and secondary schools, then summarize, analyze and collect the research resultscombined with the actual situation of the teachers age, technical titles etc., and carry out a lot of basic theories and strategies to guide the training cause during the process of administration and guidance in the teacher training work of elementary and secondary school teachers.First, strategy of teaching reflections oriented school development.Under the guidance of reflective teaching pedagogy, the paper puts forward the working framework of school-oriented training, explores three effective structures suited to different schools with the practice of target development, mechanism innovation and pilot survey before being put on general release.1) direction by research topics—improvement by learning—leading by famous teachers—effect by situation-promotion by administration structure2) direction by research topics—exchange ideas by competitions promoting the old by the new—improving teaching pedagogy structure3) concentration study—exchange through schools-lectures given by professionals-mutual help and study together structureMeanwhile, with the innovation of teaching research based on schools, the teaching research efficiency has been enhanced with regards to personal reflection, mutual companionship, and professional guidance so that a platform would be set up for teachers.Second, strategy of independent development ground on lifetime study.Under the theoretical guidance of learning society and lifetime, this paper analyzes the significance of independent training and development target, and explores the effective mechanism in the long run.Third, strategy of management instruction found on policy support.Under the support and direction of concerned policies, new strategies ofmanagement have been put forward from the following aspects: the relationship between subjects and objects, training forms, training resources, approaches and methods, and appraising mode.Last but not the least, the following aspects have been analyzed from the perspectives of main problems, development orientation and suggestions in elementary and secondary teachers' incumbency training of Ji'nan afterwards.1) The establishment of teachers' initiative and mechanism2) Training thought and management mode3) Resources conformity and equilibrium development4) Training layout and development orientation...
