As the constant development of our country's comprehensive national strength and scientific sports training,the level of our country's track and field has got considerable development.However,as a whole,the level of our country's track and field is still low, comparing with the world lever.As the basis stage of many years' training,the scientific training of juvenile stage must be emphasized.There are articles about the training means of the teen-agers sprint,but systemic ones are very few.Through looking up lots' of literatures and the surveying of the juvenile sprint coaches,this study tried to understand characteristics and current situation of the training means in our country's juvenile sprinters, and find the issue in the practice training,and summarize the means of training of on the sprint to provide some meaningful lessons for the coaches.Conclusions:1,According to the characteristics of training aim,content,means and method and load, reasonably arrange the training.The training of the teen-agers on the 100-meter dash mainly contains skills training,speed training,strength training and so on.2,The main skills training means of the excellent teen-agers on the 100-meter dash in our Country are:(1)special sprint technical exercises after reform and innovation;(2)technical training means and methods about the start and acceleration:start-resistance exercises, resisting obstacle starting practice,the whole skill of the start and acceleration practice;(3) technical training means and methods about the rout:relax practice in the high-speed running,combining high-speed run and habitual run practice,the way to speed up again;(4) technical training means and methods about the end and hit line:maintaining high speed technology in fatigue and hit line technology practice.3,The main speed training means of the excellent teen-agers on the 100-meter dash in our Country are:(1)jumping exercises(2)short-distance combined running practice with a maximum speed of,(3)weight-bearing exercises,according to different ages and training level to choose different load and the form;(4)the speed rhythm exercises.4,The main strength training means of the excellent teen-agers on the 100-meter dash in our Country are:(1)Training means and methods of the maximum strength are:jumping exercises of counting steps,barbell exercises with more than big load;(2)training means and methods of fast strength are:load practices,including running and jump practices with the middle load,swinging leg and arm practices with the middle load,the middle load barbell exercises;not load practices,including bare-handed jumping exercises,exercises by the gravity acceleration to increase the joints load,exercises by anti-resistance training to increase jumping difficult;(3)training means and methods of strength endurance is mainly 80-200 m jumping practices. |
