Marxist theories and thought moral qualities course is called ideological and political theory course in higher education in our country. It is the key point related to the overall quality education in college. Practice teaching is very important in ideological and political theory course. Practice teaching is referred to the teaching methods of through real or reproduction of real life scene, make students be the main participants in the reality scene of discovering problems, think about the problems and seek the solutions to the problems, through these course to improve the quality of ideological and moral as well as the abilities of use their knowledge to solve the practical issues. More than 20 years past, with the reform and opening as well as the socialism modernize construction, the ideological and political theory course has been carried out the 1978 bill, the 1985 bill, the 1993 bill, the 1998 bill, the 2004 bill. All these bills have some important function in pushing forward and guiding the ideological and political theory course to develop.At the same time, the academic and theoretical circles have also did a lot of research to the college ideological and political theory course, many scholars probed the structure of practice teaching course, the content, the method etc from different angles. Many universities such as Peking University, Tsinghua University, Xiangtan University etc, begin to carry on ideological and political theory course teaching reform work since the 20th centuries. Their researches have greatly pushed the development of ideological and political theory course.But in the meantime, we also discovered that there still exist some problems in our ideological and political theory course in college education. The first one is some of us still pay more attention to the theory teaching, some universities still focus on the theory teaching, ignored the practice teaching; the second one is there hasn't a cooperative and capable teaching team; the third one is there are fewer and unitary practice base; the forth one is what to practice and how to practice there hasn't unanimity, the fifth one is there isn't a complete examination and evaluation mechanism, make social practice teaching only focus on process and ignored the result, social practice turned to be an preaching that divorced from reality, lost affinity, convincing and appeal. Hence, been based on quantities of social investigation, though the methods of mathematics model, I analyzed the current college practice teaching of ideological and political theory course in all-round in my anticle. My article thought that practice teaching is the main methods of ideological and political course; it has some important function in improving students'comprehensive qualities. So each university should attaches great importance to social practice teaching, looking for more feasible way, comprehensively improve the timeliness of practice teaching, so as to cultivate a large number of reserve talents for the socialist modernization construction.
