During the process of further putting quality education into practice and in the practice of pushing forward the new elementary education course reforming, a new kind of quality education implemental form - - - primary and secondary school students quality education practice base (or called integrative practice base, the following is called the practice base by a joint name). The primary and secondary school students quality education practice base is a practice place where students are organized to take integrative practice purposely by educating administrations and schools according to the request of educating rule and regulation, and teen-agers'physical and mental development demand. It is constructed designedly and systematically with a lot of financial material and human resource. It is an important resource to put quality education into practice all round. And it is a force act and beneficial complement to boost quality education going deeply. Also it occupies an important position in the elementary education moral education system in our country, being the main constituent part of after-school education.The course is the core problem of quality education. The course of practice base belongs to the activity school course, being the practice and extension of integrative practice activity courses with the base's own characteristic as well. Since the practice base and the base course are both new emerging things, at present there's still no mature curriculum that can be popularized. According to incomplete statistics, at present, there are more than 10,000 various types of practice bases in all around the whole country, among which there are about 300 students'out-school integrative practice bases directly by administrated county level or senior education administrations. In About the opinion of further reinforcing and improving juveniles out-school activity places'construction and management, it is stipulated that there has to be an integrative and multifunctional juveniles out-school activity place in every city zone and country (or city) during the Eleventh-Five-Year period. Therefore, the research for exploitation, actualization and practice of integrative practice courses in integrative practice base has special meaning for advancing all-around quality education, promoting curriculum reform and upgrade primary and secondary school students'comprehensive quality. So my thesis has great value in both theory and practice aspect. Zhangdian is the downtown center area of Zibo City, whose economy and educational level occupies middle or upper position in the whole city. The primary and secondary school students quality education practice base of Zhandian District is established in 2004, and formally put into use on September 8, 2005, based on integrating Zibo Commerce and Trade School's vocational education resource. Being a county level practice base, it has certain representativeness. The thesis mainly combining the present status of Zhangdian District primary and secondary school students quality education practice base, studies and expatiates from the exploitation, actulization, problems and solutions and other aspects. It aslo research the way of curriculum management of primary and secondary school students quality education practice base. For this purpose, the thesis mainly studies from the following six aspects:PartⅠmainly expounds the founding background of primary and secondary school students quality education practice base, and discusses the time background of primary and secondary school students quality education practice base. Part II takes Zhangdian District primary and secondary school students quality education practice base as case , sketches the construction course of the base. Part III takes Zhangdian District primary and secondary school students quality education practice base as case, sets forth the exploitation process of the base course resource from six aspects. Part IV takes Zhangdian District primary and secondary school students quality education practice base as case, discussees the actualization process of teaching materials of integrative practice curriculum in detail. Part V shows and discusses the problems and self-examination during the process of putting integrative practice curriculum into practice from four aspects. PartⅥ, aiming at the problems appeared during the actualization process of integrative practice curriculum, makes suggestions and methods to solve the problems from two visual angles of outside and inside respectively.
