The Project of Training “One Undergraduate for Each Village” is a major agricultural project which aims to train technical personnel and management personnel who will stay,be useful,understand technology and operate.This project led by the government bring higher education to the rural areas with the assistance of Open Distance Education.Among them,the practice teaching base is not only an important place for students to complete the course experiment,professional training,skills training and social practice,but also it is a bridge that more students are able to understand the society and enterprise.In addition,it is an important starting point is to realize the goal of cultivating practical talents.Faced the condition that lack evaluation system in the distance open education practice teaching base,the study builds the evaluation system of practical teaching base based on practical teaching in Jiangxi Province,A Case Study of The Project of Training "One Undergraduate for Each Village",by means of technology and empirical research methods.According to the rapid prototyping method,the prototype of the evaluation system was constructed.On the basis of this,the field survey method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and so on were used to verify and revise two times.This study will use Delphi method and AHP to calculate the index weight in order to ensure the scientific nature of evaluation index system.The study is divided into six parts?The first two chapter is the overall of the research ideas,included research background,research significance,research questions,research objectives,research object and research method.They specifically introduces the related concepts of the evaluation index system of the practical teaching base.On this basis,the study will collect,analysis and sum relevant domestic and foreign literature about practical teaching base.In the end,this paper expounds and analyzes the related theories.The third chapter introduces the overall situation of The Project of Training "One Undergraduate for Each Village" practice teaching base,the higher occupation colleges practice teaching base,"a village" project teaching implementation,evaluation system and other related documents were collected and analyzed.The fourth chapter is the theoretical basis of the evaluation system of "one village one" practical teaching base.The study constructs the evaluation system of The Project of Training "One Undergraduate for Each Village" practical teaching base on the basis of theoretical basis.This study is based on the evaluation system of the practical teaching base in higher vocational colleges,and followed the method of rapid prototyping.In the fifth chapter,the author uses the field investigation method and Delphy method to make the two amendment to the prototype of The Project of Training "One Undergraduate for Each Village" practical teaching base.On this basis,the study use AHP to calculate the weight of each index of the evaluation system.Finally it selects teachers from the open University and city level RTVU,and uses the "one village one" practice teaching evaluation system scale of practical teaching base for evaluation and measurement.Moreover,it uses SPSS20.0 to analyze the results of the measured reliability and validity;The sixth chapter is a summary of this study.The conclusion and significance of this study are summarized,and the innovation and deficiency of the research are analyzed.At the same time,it discusses the suggestions and prospects for further research.
