The learning styles in the higher education institutions is a kind of unique culture breeding from the background of the school's longtime accumulating, and its core spirit is to form and pursue studies, which has the function of guiding, regulating and encouraging as well as characteristics as education,stability, depth and intuitions. This paper tries to discuss the present situation and principle countermeasures of the implantation of learning styles under the new historical conditions from the angle of implantation system.Part I: generally introduces some new problems of the implantation of learning styles emerged with the widening of recruiting students and points out the importance of enforcing the implantation.Part II: discusses some essential theories of high school's learning styles and implantation as well as introduces its concept and connotation from different layers ranged from philosophy, psychology and administration. Learning styles can be divided into common and individual. The implantation of learning styles include the style of school's leaders, teachers, administrators and students and the four aspects combine each other into an organic whole.Part III: sets examples of Tsinghua University, Beijin University and Zhejiang University in the country and Oxford, Cambridge and Stanford University from abroad to introduce their features of constructing learning styles then analyze some sticking points of our country's high school.Part IV: discusses high school's learning styles's implantation system which is very complicated and constituted of several subsystems. Those subsystems depend on and restrict with each other. We should grasp the integration, pertinence, levels, openness and dynamic principles when implementing systematical method on the learning styles's implantation, trying to carry it on every time for everybody, and making it form into an guidance of individuation's method.Part V: studies the learning styles implantation on the demonstration of Tianjin University in the way of doing questionnaire investigations on the learning complexion of undergraduate students, then analyzes the results using SPSS software. By this way we can make the conclusions that students'learning effects are influenced on oneself striving degree, teaching effect and learning interests, etc. The learning motivations have great differences on grades and majors. Composing an objective system and suggesting some measures using objective administration theory support references for the implantation of learning styles.
