Studay On The Rural Vocational Education Of Southern Jiangsu Province

The education plays a fundamental role in the development of a country. As an indispensable part of the education, vocational education, especially rural vocational education, not only shoulders the function of vocational training, but also gives a full play in the promotion of laborer's skills and competence, in the effective transference of rural labor force, and in the facilitating the development of China and modern drive.The dissertation emphasizes the combination of the theories and the practice. It first introduces the basic concepts and theories of rural vocational education in the south of Jiangsu Province(SJP), then analyses some problems of rural vocational educations through typical cases, finally gives some ideas on the scientific development of rural vocational in SJP.The dissertation, on the basis of systematic study of rural vocational education in SJP, analyses the demand and the supply of rural vocational education in particular and discusses the crux of supply and demand contradiction represented by the shortage of skillful workers. It analyses some problems in the rural vocational education in SJP through the case of Yangshe Town in Suzhou City. With that, it discusses the strategy and measures for the sustainable development of rural vocational education macroscopically and microcosmically, namely, it macroscopically discusses the form of the new system of vocational education in SJP ,and microcosmically intensifying the teaching work of vocational education school. Finally, it puts forward some problems that should be thought in the development of rural vocational education.
