Research On The Problem Of Qualified Personnel In The Process Of Social Modernizing Process Of Southern JiangSu Province

Since the 21st century, the economic and social development of Southern JiangSu Province has entered a crucial phase of internationalizing, informationizing, urbanizing and market-oriented process, and is challenged with an arduous task of completing social modernization. In order to realize social modernization, Southern JiangSu province needs a great number of qualified personnel with good quality, great attainment, sufficient energy as well as high efficiency. This paper is a research on the qualified personnel in the modernizing process of this area, on the basis of the investigation of many qualified scientists and technicians in many enterprises in KunShan and Jiangln. At the same time, it also probes into different phases of the qualified personnel's recruiting, training, utilizing, flowing and so on and puts forward with a strategy of constructing the plateau of qualified personnel in a new century.
