Tibet nation has a long history and splendid culture in China. Its culture, which is extensively profound and unique, holds an important position in Chinese culture which is created by all Chinese nations. These years, music clubs, dance halls, clothing stores, bars, restaurants and so on of Tibetan style have been in fashion in the urbans of Chengdu, Lanzhou, Beijing, Kunming and others. Meanwhile, they have become a new element of popular culture in Chinese urbans at present. The Tibetan style of music clubs, dance halls, bars, restaurants and jewelry shops has become synonymous with fashion in the city, which is worthy of our attention. According to the principle of Marxist dialectical unity, this paper in the research methods has been used the investigation of the field in the ethnology and has obtained the first-hand information by in-depth participant observation, interviews, questionnaires, and other methods in particular sites. For example, the author has investigated the " Tibetan Cool" KTV in researching the inheritance and the development of Tibetan culture of songs and dances in the urbans. Further, he has also studied Majia Mother in researching how the Tibetan restaurant culture is affected in the city culture. Meanwhile, he has interviewed Tibetan traders and pedestrians in"Zangbao"as well as the Lanzhou railway station and the streets of Wuquan Square in researching how the Tibetan dress culture is developed in the urban culture. Therefore, a great deal data shoes how Tibetan culture is collapsed, integrated and developed with the urban culture nowadays, which is mainstream, and the development of the Tibetan culture in the urban. What's more, it is good for protecting the national culture in effective, which makes the urban culture and the national culture develop more mutual and common. It stresses how to compete effectively to promote the national culture, which makes the national commonly prosperous and strengthens the national cohesion. It also highlights the new urban cultural experience after the perfect combination of Tibetan culture and the urban culture and the Tibetan culture debugged and developed better, with the help of mutual communication.
