The Construction of training and supporting systems of talents' sustainable development in universities is necessary to transform by the large population to the human resources powerful nation. It is a realistic need for dealing with the challenge in intense international competition about the talent, and is also important safeguard to improve the higher education quality. This paper takes them as the background and takes the systems of training and supporting of talents' sustainable development in universities as the research object. The main methodology in this article were the theory and investigation of Sociology and the theory of educational ,which were used to analyze the influential factors of talents' sustainable development.The first part, the introduction has introduced the background that problem puts forward, the realistic meaning and purpose of paper research, the significance of literature review, the theoretical basis, research ideas and hypotheses, the core concept to define, major research technique and innovation and the situation of survey sample.In the second part, it shows systems of training and supporting of talents' sustainable development in universities. The "sustainable development" training and the relevant support system of college top students are a composite and open-ended structure, integrated by "three-level and four elements". The "three-level" refers to the central, the local governments and colleges or universities, these three hierarchical subsystems. The "four elements" means of, talents plans,the conditions of platform,system security and academic atmosphere of these four factors. This system, on the whole has four functions: integration of resources, personnel convergence, development of human resources and enhancement of performance.In the third part shows the main contents of this paper.1.The present situation of basic intension of the construction of training and supporting systems of talents' sustainable development in universities. We analyzed and explored the good achievements attained and the major problems at present about the construction of the sustainable development of talents training and the corresponding support system from the four factors ,such as talents plans, platforms' conditions, system construction and academic environment. 2. Analyzes the influencing factors on talents' sustainable development in universities. The author analyzed the influencing factors from system construction and personal factors. The system construction includes system processes and environmental factors. The personal factor includes cognitive level and consciousness of main body. In the forth part shows the conclusions and suggestions. The proposals of construction of colleges and universities to further the sustainable development of talents training and support system are: 1. establish and improve scientific research and engineering personnel in the institutionalization of security system; 2. enhance the professional level of management of universities and research institutions, service National innovation system; 3. study innovative work, expand the scale of University Teachers studying abroad;4.deepen the reform of the personnel system in College; 5.strengthen cultural construction of University, and create a favorable environment for talented people; 6. strengthen the propaganda of various policies and measures.In the firth part shows the innovation points and the insufficients. The innovation points: the paper takes empirical approaches to study the influencing factors on talents' sustainable development in universities from comprehensive perspective of Sociology and Pedagogy. The insufficients: Because the measuring indexes are not comprehensive, the information which I collected is not comprehensive enough;2. The sampling method is not stringent and the number of samples is not enough, so I am difficult to get all the information that I needs.
