With the intensification of internationalization in Dalian, more and more importance has been attached to the cultivation of the ability to use English and more and more investment has been placed in their children's English study by parents. Facing this huge demand, lots of English organizations entered and try to grab the market, which leads to the so-called "market saturation". Accordingly, no more new English training organizations are approved by the educational governmental department in Dalian. An overview of the market indicates that many of the English training organizations for young learners encounter problems with training patterns, cost control, management operations and so on, particularly with the application of marketing strategies. This study gives a clear picture of the situation of the whole English training market in Dalian; it provides theoretical guide to English training organizations and a foundation that others can use to develop this area of study.Using economics and marketing knowledge, such as the 4P's, 4C's, 4R's and especially the 5C-4P method and other correlated theories, this paper starts by looking at the market demands; it analyzes the status quo, articulates the industry's nature and its existing problems; it examines closely the current market situation, marketing patterns and common problems of different types of English organizations for young learners. Then this paper probes into the market segmentation and market positioning; it also introduces the monopolistic competition theory and game theory into the marketing practice. Most importantly, this paper introduces a list of useful and effective marketing strategies, such as brand management strategy, pricing strategies, marketing integration strategy, client relationship strategy, event marketing strategy and experience strategy. To ensure that the marketing strategies are applied effectively, English organizations for young learners also need to build up an organizational guarantee as outlined in this paper.
