Children's English training market has become one of the most potential industries in the current market.With the continuous improvement of people's living standards and the emphasis on education,the training industry has shown great prospects for development.On the one hand,with the acceleration of China's internationalization process,English has become an international standard language.On the other hand,the entrance examinations from primary schools to universities and the examinations for studying abroad reflect the increasing demand for English training.More and more consumers will choose to start learning English from young children,which provides a booming market for children's English training.The presence of international education brand and the development of local education brand make the children's English training market face more fierce competition.In such a competitive environment,using the existing advantages and resources of the school to cope with the existing marketing strategy problems and challenges,and taking marketing planning as an important task for the long-term development of the school,is the key factor for enterprises to achieve future development goals.This paper takes Kunming SPG Children's English Training School as the research object.Firstly,PEST is used to analyze the macro environment of Kunming SPG Children's English Training School and the competitive environment of the industry.After collecting and analyzing the basic information of the school,it also analyses the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the school,and formulates the SWOT strategic combination.Secondly,a large number of questionnaires and field interviews were conducted for the consumer groups in the children's English training market in Kunming.Through the analysis of the survey results,the market of SPG Children's English Training School was positioned.Finally,on the theoretical basis of 7Ps service marketing mix,this paper puts forward targeted marketing strategies and safeguards for Kunming SPG Children's English Training School.Combining with the current situation and trend of marketing development,this paper makes an analysis of the current marketing strategy of SPG Children's English Training School in Kunming,and puts forward the improvement methods of marketing strategy combined with its actual situation,aiming at providing reference for the current children's English Training School's market positioning and marketing strategy improvement and enhancing the competitiveness of training schools in the market.
