In recent years,children's English institutions have been developing rapidly in our country,and mastering English,a universal language in the world,seems to be an indispensable key to entering the workplace and achieving success.In addition to the pressure of further studies,overseas study,hot tourism,the comprehensive opening of the two-child policy in 2016 and other national conditions,the national program for Medium-and Long-term Education Reform and development and other policy support,the parents of the post-80 s and post-90 s generation pay more attention to their children's education,which makes English learning after school has been classified as a compulsory course after class.In particular,training for children has been translated into just-needed 1.This paper takes the marketing strategy selection of q English Training Organization(hereinafter referred to as q organization)as the research topic,and on the basis of the relevant theoretical knowledge,uses the existing research results of domestic and foreign scholars for reference,the research idea,method and structure of the text are determined.First,the author makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis to judge the marketing status quo and internal environment of the organization,and designs and issues a questionnaire to test the students' parents' satisfaction and marketing problems,in this paper,we find that q organization in the current competitive situation,there are some problems such as the lack of depth in the curriculum,the lack of differential pricing,the ineffective use of the new network channel,the serious loss of students and the weak sense of service.In order to help q organization to face the existing marketing problems,this paper tries to use the related marketing theory,segment and orientate the target market of q organization,take effective measures,and think of the optimization scheme which accords with the current demand of q organization.I hope the research conclusion of this paper can guide the adjustment of q organization's marketing strategy,and provide some reference value for the establishment of q organization and the development of training industry.
