With the intensification of internationalization in Zhaoqing.more and more importance has been attached to the cultivation of the ability to use English and more and more investment has been placed in their children’s English study by parents.Facing the huge demand.lots of English organizations entered and tried to garb the market.An overview of the market indicates that many of the English training organizations encounter problems with training patterns,cost control,management and so on,particularly with the application of marketing strategies.This study gives a clear picture of the situation of the whole English training market in Zhaoqing; it provides theoretical guide to English training organiztions and a foundation that others can use to develop this area of study.After years of development, A English Training Company has been on a large scale. But from the long-term point of view, the analysis of the research strategy for English training is lagging behind. This paper begins with the politics, economics,technology, culture and the characteristics and problems of English market in Zhaoqing to analyze the macro environment which A English Training Company faces. According to competitors and potential competitors, substitutes, the bargaining power of buyers, bargaining power of suppliers, the paper analyzes the micro-environment which it faces.Accoding to SWOT theory and the STP strategy it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats as well as clear market segmentation, positioning. On the basis of the4Ps,4Cs.4Rs marketing mix strategies and writer’s experience this paper develops a list of useful and effective marketing strategies,such as4Ps stragies—roducts strategy,pricing strategy,channel strategy,promotion strategy, and integrated marketing communication strategies—xperience strategy,relationship strategy,internet strategy and analyzes application of these strategies in Zhaoqing City. Meanwhile, in order to ensure marketing strategies are implemented successfully and efficiently in A company, this paper builds the safeguard measures for marketing strategies towards A English Training Company by improving the quality of staff,performance evaluation,and employee loyalty.Wish to provid references for solving existing problems.
