"Suggestion on strengthening and improving college student's ideological and political education further",the document of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, points out emphatically, strengthening and improving college student's ideological and political education has great and profound strategic significant to implementing the strategy of national revitalizing through scientific education and national strengthening by talents, and to guaranteeing our country establishing an unassailable position all the time in the fierce international competition, and to ensuring the achievement of building well-off society in an all-round way as well as the great goal of accelerating the step of socialist modernization, and also, to qualified successors and prosperity of socialist cause of Chinese characteristics.The political counselors share the responsibility to the daily life, quality education, ideology cultivation and guidance of employment of the undergraduates. They are the direct guiders of undergraduates on campus, supervisors of the order for teaching, organizers of campus culture, and doers of university discipline and makers of campus spirit. Organizational commitments are the psychological link between university and its political counselors, which are one of the most important indexes that weigh the organizational objectives, come true or not.The purpose of research is to investigate the internal structure of university counselors' organizational commitment, and the distinction of different university counselors. For these purpose, the relevant date are collected by open questionnaires, researches into some relevant references, some standard research method, such as exploratory analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis and correlation analysis are employed. In the end of the article, some suggestions are put forward to enhance the level of university counselors' organizational commitment and the job performance of the section related with them.The conclusions drawn by this paper are summarized as follows:First, university counselors' organizational commitments are composed of 5 factors : ideal commitment, economical commitment, normative commitment, opportunity commitment and affective commitment. The whole level of university counselors' organizational commitments is little higher than medium. Ideal commitment, affective commitment and normative commitment is the higher, opportunity commitment and economical commitment is the lower on score.Second, the variable in population statistics can affect organizational commitments:1. The level of male's organizational commitment is significant different from female's.2. It is of no significance about organizational commitment of the university counselors in marriage. The level of commitment of the married is higher than that of the single in whole level of commitment.3. There is negative correlation between degree and organizational commitment, but it is of no significance.4. The level of organizational commitment of university counselors whose working age is lower than two year is the highest, and range with three-five years is the lowest.Third, organizational commitments of university counselors is related to the grade of job performance and its factors, organizational commitment factors can predict the degree of job performance.
