In the world which was dominated by knowledge and economy, science, technology and education became the direction that various countries competed with each other, how to develop higher education plays an important role, and how to improve the quality of higher education, especially the college teachers’ performance has become the focus of academic research. Since the concept of perceived organizational support was first put forward by Eisenberger in 1986, it becomes a hotspot of research on management and histological. Scholars at home and abroad to introduce the perceived organizational support performance theory and explore the deep relations, and has obtained certain achievement.Based on the theory of perceived organizational support and other related research This study would make researches about teachers who engaged in teaching and scientific in colleges and universities, found the mechanism that perceived organizational support influence faculty performance.This article has carried on the induction analysis in theory of literature theory, reviewed the research achievements and the latest research development direction, put forward the research purpose and research method, and thus plan technical route of the article. To study the mechanism that perceived organizational support influence faculty performance, I use job satisfaction, organizational commitment, job involvement as the intermediate variable, then build the model that perceived organizational support influence faculty performance, put forward the research hypothesis. Based on the results and hypotheses, I got the following conclusions:in the control variables, teachers’ gender, marital status, age, school age has no significant impact on job performance, the teachers’ degree, subject background, title of work performance has remarkable effect on teaching performance and scientific research performance, Perceived organizational support has certain influence to the job attitude, which concerned about the interests and significantly positively related to job satisfaction, job support and organizational commitment significantly positive correlation, concerned about the interests and job involvement significant positive correlation; there are effects on work attitude to job performance, organizational commitment and performance was significantly positively related to teaching performance and scientific research, the performance was significantly positively related to job involvement and teaching; Perceived organizational support affect job performance through the organizational commitment and job involvement, job support and agree with values influence the performance of scientific research through organizational commitment, agree with values influence teaching performance through job involvement. In this paper, based on the conclusion, from the perspective of relationship between managers and teachers in university, I put forward some reference opinions to improve the perceived organizational support and to enhance teachers’ job performance.
