On The Analysis Of Basketball Teaching In Qingdao Technical College And The Countermeasures

Basketball originates in schools ,roots in colleges and flourish there. With the development of society, colleges play an important role in the development of sports gradually with their unique advantages.In order to make basketball have deeper penetration and development in the physical education of colleges, through the surveys, interviews, statistics and analysis of the situation of basketball teaching in Qingdao Technical College, the author finds out the problems and deficiencies of the basketball teaching of Qingdao Vocational College and presents reasonable suggestions.In this essay, the author uses data, questionnaires,interviews, observation , statistics and 21 basketball teachers and 115 students as objectives,investigates and analysises the situation of basketball teaching in Qingdao Vocational Technical College. The research results show that:1. The Basketball Teaching in Qingdao Technical College is mainly traditional , multi-media teaching methods used for teaching basketball is not mature;2. Basketball tests pay more attention to results-oriented evaluation and ignore the differences in personality, which can not reflect the true evaluation of students and the advantages and disadvantages of teaching. They are also lack of scientific evaluation of students.3. The vast majority of students choose basketball according to their own interest. They have clear purpose of learning, thus physical education has become steady.4. The age structure of basketball teachers is reasonable, but there are not many highly educated teachers so the research capability is not strong, but the majority of students are satisfied with teachers.5. Basketball court and equipments are not sufficient, and it's difficult to teach big classes too.In this paper, the author thinks basketball teaching in Qingdao Technical College should be operated from the following aspects :1. We should enrich basketball educational contents, attach importance to the comprehensive training of students'abilities, broaden the connotation of basketball theories, give prominence to practicality, so that students learn scientific methods and means of fitness.2. We should emphasize on "people first" philosophy of education, and the dominant position of students, train students awareness and ability for lifetime sports, carry out more inter-school teaching communication, and optimize the basketball teaching methods.3. We should use a combination of a variety of practical evaluations and effectively mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of learning.4. We should establish extra-curricular basketball club, create more exchanges and opportunities for students, and ensure the orderly extension of classroom teaching.5. We should increase the intensity of the construction site equipments, improve the situation in light of local conditions and provide protection for basketball teaching.6. We should strengthen teacher training, comprehensively improve the professional quality and level of the teaching staff, increase the training opportunities for teachers, and promote the motility of teaching.
