At present, diathesis education, as well as innovation education, is being carried out like a raging fire. However, the classroom, as the main position of training innovation-type citizens, is full of various complex problematic behaviors. In the teaching process , teachers often find some problematic behaviors that disturb the class order and influence the normal teaching, thus undermining the realization of the teaching and learning aims. Class problematic behavior has many expressional ways and complex forming causations, which are more obvious in Secondary Vocational School .With the enlarging recruitment of senior high school and higher education, most of the students entering the vocational school are the so-called"poor ones"under the Examination Education System. Meanwhile, most of the teachers in vocational school graduated from non-normal-colleges, lacking in educational and psychological knowledge. They teach only by experiences, paying more attention to knowledge imparting instead of caring for the students'mental and sensibility needs. It shows randomness and blindness in the dealing with classroom problem behaviors by these non-professional teachers.In this paper, I make a deeper probe into classroom problem behaviors of vocational school, given the many years of my teaching experiences in vocational schools. There are many forms of classroom problem behaviors and there are also many complex causes of formation. At present, little is done on the study of classroom problem behaviors of vocational school. Making a comprehensive view, our national existing studies of classroom problem behavior are most borrowed from overseas studies. More introductions, less original studies; more theories, less experiments; more mode studies, less practical studies. Thus, the native theory study and demonstration study are in a weak condition and especially it is still a blank to recognize and re-understand the classroom problem behavior on the background of new curricula reform. In the paper, from a view of the new curricula thoughts, I try to re-scan the traditional classroom teaching and to reconstruct the relationship between students and teachers. The paper has some practical significance and applying values. In the paper I adopt the literature method, investigation method, observation method to analyze the actuality of the classroom problem behaviors of vocational school and its causes of shaping, then to put forward tentatively some classroom problem behaviors in order to improve the teacher-student relationships, boost the classroom learning effect, spur the development of the students and teachers and construct a new effective classroom management mode.
