The research was designed with pre-test,back-test non-equity control teams. The subjects (126 students) were junior two students chosen from Tian Zhu No.1 middle school. By using the Role Alter Method, the Teaching Feedback Method and the Scenic Coaching Method, the behavior modification procedures were proved to be successful within the five mouths experiment. And it altered the students' behaviors. Assisted by observation and discussion. The author discovered that: Firstly, by adopting the Behavior Modification Classroom Manage Mode, the students' behaviors were altered (increase the good behaviors and decrease the problem behaviors), and the teaching efficiency has also been improved in the class. The students in the class using the Behavior Modification Classroom Manage Mode were more advanced in their achievement and successfully prevented achievement polarizing.Secondly, the infection to the poor and intermediate students in this class is greater than the advanced ones. That is, those poor and intermediate students made greater progress in their achievement by using this mode. Thirdly, the boy students changes in their achievements are greater than the girl students..Fourthly, by using the method of observation and discussion , the author discovered, in the class, which has been used the Behavior Modification Classroom Manage Mode, the students' mentality and behavior were altered. Therefore, the whole ambience in the class was altered. It's very practical to make use of the behavior modification procedures and techniques in classroom management, and it's also very important for pedagogues to alter their educational ideas. By using the Behavior Modification Classroom Manage Mode, it will advance teachers' managing skills, promote teaching efficiency and advance the students' achievement. This research provides a good method for the teachers in their teaching practice and it also offers valuable idea for those people who will be future teachers.
