Recently, when talking about secondary vocational school students, public always have a kind of "turn pale at the mention of a tiger" ample. Because of bad events frequently exposed in internet, the impression of secondary vocational school students come down to bottom, public view that secondary vocational school students is a kind of group which have poor moral quality. The secondary vocational school student really showed a lot of problem behavior, such as smoking, fighting, falling in love at early age, but whether problem behavior could be criterion to judge the moral quality of secondary vocational school students? Ordinary students showed those problem behaviors too, why public opinion didn't formed opinion of "poor moral" with ordinary students? From the education point of departure, take what kind of measures to reduce problems acts? Those questions composed the original intention of research.In my opinion, correct analysis problem behavior is the precondition to get answers of those questions, therefore research around the core, problem behavior, from two principal line unfolding. The first principal line is analysis problem behavior of secondary vocational school students. With the help of investigation in secondary vocational school, found out the general problem behavior about students, reflected the impaction factors. The second principal line is in charge of teacher dealt with the problem behavior of secondary vocational school students, which is opened out the manner of teachers about students and problem behavior, the way that teacher handling problem and the affected of students, revealed issues in processing of handling. These two principal lines respectively start from students and teachers, provides the basis to the correct analysis problem behavior.Qualitative research is mainly method in this research, and complementary quantitative is the subordinate method. The author adopts interview and questionnaire survey, launched investigation in 12 secondary vocational school at Shanghai. Investigation result shows, problem behavior in secondary vocational school students currently included be late, play truant, absenteeism, copy others'homework, smoking, fighting, falling in love in early age and so on. The generally problem behavior included copy others'homework, drinking, smoking, falling in love in early age, borrowing money but not give back, playing truant, gambling and so on. Around the typically problem behavior, author collected 7 cases. Based on case representative and material complete degree two major factors of consideration, determined 3 problem behavior cased in this paper:The long-standing smoking events, the fight for love cause event, frequent change boyfriend event.Through analysis about 3 cases original material, author determined 5 analysis degrees: the impaction factors of problem behavior, the way that teacher deal with problem behavior, the affection of handling, the manner of teachers about students and problem behaviors, and the judgment of teacher to problem behavior. The analysis degrees is the basis of case analysis. The case reflected that existed various impaction factors, Psychological factors play a large role in them, Environmental factors also has very big effect. Teacher always adopted three methods to deal with problem behavior: conversation between teachers and students, ask parents help education, punishment or administrative sanctions. In different cases, those methods achieved different effect. And there were problems in processing of teacher handling:information master is not comprehensive, lack of students' psychological understanding, lack of the analysis of behavior problems, handling simplification, lacking pertinence, under the pressure of teacher education management.Due to the problems in dealing with student behavior problems.reason is various. From the teacher perspectives, experience, stereotypes, understanding of their own identity, teacher-student relationship, and the influence of education mode impacted handling of teacher. From the perspectives of secondary vocational schools, the school moral education focuses on students formed norms of behavior, and make behavior standard equivalent to moral education, led to the deviation of the moral understanding. The behavior standard also seemed as behavior criterion for judging whether the student behavior belong to problem behavior, cause the judgment standard was singleness. Teachers and secondary schools belong to practice level, and from a theoretical look, moral connotation is not clear, standard fuzzy was the reason.Based on the analysis of the problem behavior cases and a more comprehensive framework of moral education, constructed the secondary vocational students problem behavior analysis framework. Framework includes psychological factors, moral factors, education factors and accompanying factors. Accompanying factors specific divided into five parts:school factors, family factors peer relationship, teacher-student relationship and the situation. Secondary vocational school students problem behavior analysis framework chose a multiple angle to look at the secondary vocational student problem behaviors, can help teachers objectively and accurately analyze problem behavior, so as provides the basis to find the appropriate approach.In the processing of behavior problems, the teacher not only using secondary vocational students problem behavior analysis framework, should also be accurate, comprehensive collection students' information, to eliminate the influence of stereotype, in their own words and deeds as students model, and to be a popular teacher. For secondary vocational school speaking, should be attach importance to real moral education fundamentally, and pay attention to standard words and deeds of teachers, make the teacher really play the effect of good examples.
