Classroom is the main location of teaching, and is also the main way of vocational education. However, problem behavior of students in the classroom directly influences the improvement of the teaching quality, even inducing the psychological problems of students, especially in urban-suburb areas. With the development and enlarge of urban-suburb areas, it's very critical and necessary to realize the current situation of classroom problem behavior in urban-suburb areas.This research chose H-School, a middle school in urban-suburb areas, as the case to study, and found that the classroom problem behavior in junior middle school of urban-suburb areas had some traits, such as universality, severity and gender-differences. The reasons of classroom problem behavior in urban-suburb areas mainly included some factors. (1)Family factor, at first, for the tensional family relationship or parental divorce, children lack some warmth from family, which results in inhospitality,non-kindness,non-responsibility and so on; secondly, single-parent family,removed education and education on adopted children, even no-person education, resulted from working away home, make children and parents lack communication and comprehension; thirdly, wrong parental rearing styles or excessive overindulgence and rigorousness to children develop their bad habits. (2) Teacher factor, such as, teachers' wrong views about education and students; improper management of teachers and teaching methods. (3) Student-self and social and environmental factors.For the current situation, this research proposed the management strategies of classroom problem behavior in junior middle school of Urban-suburb Areas. Using effective methods prevents classroom problem behavior; making use of strategy of behavior control ends the classroom problem behavior; in addition, using problem-solving method changes classroom problem behavior. In conclusion, prevention is basic, control is the key and rectification is remedy in the resolved process of classroom problem behavior.
