Since continuously, in high school writing teaching, we are more concerned about what is written, that is, the writing achievement. But the modern education based on people-centered has inspired us, what actually we should pay attention to is writing process. The writing process is inseparable from the participation of thinking. American scholar Donald? Quinn said:"The writing and the thought is simultaneously produces in the entire writing, the writing process is also the thought process."But the reality is that for several decades writing teaching in China did not have much improved, it is still in disorder and arbitrary state. Especially the writing thought's training is a mere scrap of paper.The high school stage is the period when a child marches into mature stage of thinking. So training a guy's thinking ability and thinking quality is extremely important. Writing teaching , particularly the writing teaching in high school calls for real teaching in key and difficulty, that is, teaching in thought. In view of the above thinking, in the first 10 years of teaching, I have been trying every effort to carry out thought training in the conventional writing teaching activity so that students'ability of thinking and writing can be improved, thereby truly improve their writing ability. Aiming at the two stages of thinking in writing process -- the objective of external and internal process of thinking process, this article mainly introduces a corresponding method of thingking training to solve the main problems arising in the writing process of senior students.
