The school is an important place where students learn norm and complete the process of socialization,and the school management of students is a guarantee to realize this purpose. Carrying out of student's norm and discipline can let us peep a spot, so that we can know school's student management. This text exposes the shortcomings in student management of our rural vocation schools by means of investigation of a rural vocation school students who violate the rules and investigation of on-the-spot operation of the norms of student management.The"norm"and"freedom"shouldn't be two concepts. Which reject each other and stand opposite to each other. Aiming at the widespread irrational actions, which inhibit students through norms, this text expounds the backwardness of the norm of school management and explicitly points out that strengthening the openness and self-discipline is the only valid means of seeking the reasonable combination of norm and freedom.In education practice, teacher authority is the valid guarantee of carrying out norm education and management control. The text analyzes the reason why teachers carry out authority control and show it is a reasonable trend for the operation of teacher authority to set up suitable teacher authority in education and management.Finally, from the point of student-centered management, this dissertation brings forward the principles and measures of controlling and correcting the behavior of violation of the rules of rural vocation school students.
