As one of the forms of education authority,teacher authority has an important influence in the teaching process.In the past,the relationship between the school class and the authority of teachers,due to different perspectives,discourses the elimination and exorbitance of teacher authority in different degrees,and there are certain differences.In this context,this paper studies the use and construction of teacher authority in primary school class management.First,it affirms the existence of teacher authority in primary school class management,which based on authoritative theory.Taking SZ Elementary School as a case,using questionnaires,interviews,and observation methods as the research methods,the head teachers and students of the school were deeply investigated and researched,focusing on the following issues: First,through the analysis of survey data,it is found that the problems of teacher authority in the management of primary school classes are mainly about the problems of overuse and failure in the four aspects of teacher authority.The second is to discuss the causes of the problems arising from the use of teacher authority,from the changes in educational concepts,the replacement of teacher-student relationships,the influence of social environment,and changes in management methods.The third is to make comprehensive improvements from four aspects of teacher authority,establish a reasonable concept of teacher authority,improve teachers' professional morals,strengthen the authority of behavioral norms,innovate class management methods,and improve related systems,so as to build a Scientific and appropriate teacher authority in primary school class management.
