The advent of the era of Big Data is advancing the great changes in human's work,life and thinking,and it also has influence on the field of education.The combination of Big Data's "5V" characteristics and knowledge makes the knowledge in the era of Big Data shows the characteristics of large amount of knowledge storage,variety of knowledge's kinds and sources,high reliability and value of knowledge,and timeliness of knowledge,which has a great impact on the traditional knowledge teaching that represented by fixed classrooms,textbooks,teachers and learning content.As the diversification and convenience of students' access to acquire knowledge,teachers are no longer the "monopolists" of knowledge.The traditional "absolute authority of teachers"is no longer recognized by students,teachers' knowledge authority is being questioned and even dissolving.Based on this background,this paper uses the literature analysis methods and case analysis methods to discuss and analyze the impact and challenges of teachers' knowledge authority in the real education situation in the era of Big Data,in order to enrich the theoretical study of teacher's knowledge authority.This paper also writes for helping to resolve the dilemma that teachers' knowledge authority faces in the knowledge teaching practice in the era of Big Data.Except the introduction,the whole paper is divided into four parts.The first part is about the connotation and its historical development of teacher's knowledge authority.At the beginning of this part,it is an analysis of the connotation of teacher's knowledge authority and its three constituent elements.Then is a carding about the present forms of teachers' knowledge authority in different times from the perspective of social development.The second part is a discussion about the impact of characteristics of knowledge on teachers' knowledge authority in the era of Big Data.The specific performance is as follows:the large amount of knowledge storage eliminates the obtain premise of the teachers' knowledge authority;the variety types and sources of knowledge break through its inherent barriers of teachers' knowledge authority;the high reliability of knowledge shakes the foundation of teachers' knowledge authority;the timeliness of knowledge transcends the limitation of teachers' knowledge authority in time and space;the high value of knowledge overturns the maintaining condition of teachers'knowledge authority.The third part focuses on the dissolution of teachers' knowledge authority in the era of Big Data.At the beginning is about the specific representation of the dissolution of teachers' knowledge authority in Big Data era from three aspects:the image of teacher's knowledge superior is subverted,teachers' knowledge discourse power is limited,and the role of the teacher in knowledge transmission is changed.Then is about the negative impact of the dissolution of teacher's knowledge authority in the era of Big Data is explained from the perspective of teacher's image,student's development and the relationship between teacher and student.Finally,from the social atmosphere,the teachers' reason and the subjectivity of students as the starting point to deeply analyze the reasons which caused the dissolution of teachers' knowledge authority.The last part mainly combines the characteristics the era of Big Data,explores available ways to response the challenges faced by teachers' knowledge authority in the era of Big Data.At first there is a demonstration of the necessity of teachers' knowledge authority in the era of Big Data.The end is from the perspectives of social support,improvement of teacher qualities,and ensure the coexistence of other teacher authorities to explore a reasonable way to deal with the challenges faced by teachers' knowledge authority in the era of big data.
