Vocational Values and Organizational Citizenship Behavior are the research fields which the foreign scholars have always been paying close attention to extensively and have already caused the internal scholars'research interests. On the basis of the analysis of the relevant concepts, theories of Vocational Values and Organizational Citizenship Behavior and their current situation at home and abroad. This research weaved the scales of Vocational Values and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, which investigated the employees from Wuhan, Guangzhou and Shenzhen with the methods of questionnaires and many kinds of statistics analysis. This research obtained conclusions mainly as follows:The first, there are four dimensions of vocational values, including respect and prestige, self-development, physical rewards, harmoniousness and pleasure. The organizational citizenship behavior includes positive initiative, assistant behaviors, organization participation, organiza-tion loyalty. This research verified these scales have good level of reliability and validity.The second, there aren't remarkable differences on gender in vocational values'variables and organizational citizenship behavior's variables. There are remarkable differences on age in vocational values'variables, but no remarkable differences on age in organizational citizenship behavior's variables. There are remarkable differences on education level in vocational values'variables and organizational citizenship behavior's variables. There are remarkable differences on units types in vocational values'variables and organizational citizenship behavior's variables..The third, there exist different degree remarkable positive relevance between vocational values'variables and organizational citizenship behavior's variables.The fourth, vocational values'variables have strong prediction function in organizational citizenship behavior. The sequence is self-development, harmoniousness and pleasure, physical rewards and respect and prestige.Author thinks that the innovations of this research embody as follows:Two questionnaires of vocational values and organizational citizenship behavior have been weaved in this study. The structures of two questionnaires have been researched respectively. From the view point, we explore the relations between vocational values'variables and organizational citizenship behavior's variables.
