The workplace is an important area of life for everyone.A good workplace relationship plays an important role in the development of individuals and the operation of organizations.However,with the constant changes in people's work environment and the increasingly fierce competition,people's relationship in the workplace has become more and more tense,and workplace ostracism has emerged,which has brought more impact to enterprises than offensive harassment.At the same time,after 80 s and 90 s,employees gradually became the most important human capital in the organization.Compared with the previous generation of employees,they have stronger self-esteem requirements,more complex and diverse personalities and values,but their psychological tolerance is poor.New generation employees are more likely to be affected by and affected by workplace ostracism.The cause of workplace ostracism is too complicated,and it is difficult to kill it fundamentally.Therefore,starting from the regulation mechanism of workplace ostracism to effectively reduce the harm of workplace ostracism,it plays a vital role in the development of enterprises.Therefore,based on the theory of social exchange,psychological contract and social identity,this study selects the new generation of employees as the research object,organizes the citizen behavior as the outcome variable,and introduces the self-efficacy as the adjustment variable to establish workplace ostracism,organizational citizenship behavior,and self-efficacy.The theoretical model between the three senses of efficacy,testing the specific mechanism of action of each variable among the new generation of employees.Based on the theoretical model,a survey questionnaire was prepared for the scale of workplace ostracism,self-efficacy,and organizational citizenship behavior.Subsequently,the questionnaires were sent to the new generation of employees for data collection.After the invalid questionnaires were removed,236 valid questionnaires were finally obtained.Through statistical analysis of valid data,the research conclusions are as follows:(1)workplace ostracism has a significant negative effect on the new generation of employees' organizational citizenship behavior(altruism,responsibility awareness,interpersonal harmony,and protection of corporate resources).Workplace ostracism has no effect on the civic virtue dimension of the new generation of employees' organizational citizenship behavior;(2)Self-efficacy has a significant positive impact on the organizational citizenship behavior and dimensions of the new generation of employees;(3)Self-efficacy has a regulatory role in workplace exclusion and new generation employee organizational citizenship behavior(altruism,responsibility awareness,interpersonal harmony,protection of corporate resources),high self-efficacy can reduce the negative impact of workplace exclusion on organizational citizenship behavior(altruism,responsibility,interpersonal harmony,and protection of corporate resources).there is no adjustment between workplace exclusion and civic virtue.Finally,according to the research conclusions,it provides a fair organizational atmosphere for the management of the new generation of employees,perfects the recruitment process,pays attention to the cultivation of employees' self-efficacy,and pays attention to management suggestions such as employee psychological counseling.
