Reasons & Solutions For Differences Of Population Quality In East And West

Population Quality is the very important factor that influenced society economic development. Improve Population Quality is good for society and economy development. Therefore, it is instructive to have research on theory of Population Quality and how to reduce differences between East and West.This paper is based on definition of Population Quality. With quantitative study and qualitative analysis, it focuses on analysis of East and West Population Quality in order to construct Population Quality evaluation index system. Eventually, give solution of improving West Population Quality with that. There are four parts in the paper.Firstly, Theory Description. We discuss current research about Population Quality inside and outside, and human capital quantitative study. Then, provide theory support to following analysis.Secondly, Current Analysis on East and West Population Quality. According to comparison with physical, science and moral quality in east and west, it is more intuitive to show differences between East and West. So, take effective steps to improve west population quality is urgent.Thirdly, through typical population quality model common used inside and outside, we construct index model which is proper for our population quality measure. After choosing correct index and analyzing population quality of east and west, we do detailed read to its result.Fourthly, based on demonstration, we summarize important factors influenced population quality progress. To conditions of population quality in west, we give three pointed advices for improve West Population Quality.The paper analyzes reason for Population Quality differences between East and West and for solution to those differences. We hope it is helpful to improve West Population Quality, local productivity and ascending economy gain and harmonious science development of the whole world.
