The term "sense of gain" was proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping in his speech at the 10 th meeting of the Central Leading Group for Comprehensive Deepening Reform.It is generally used to Express the people's happiness when sharing reform achievements.The sense of educational attainment of the "two generations" of vocational education collaboration is that western students study in the eastern cross-region,in a brand-new social environment,learn the knowledge,ability,interpersonal relationship and other aspects of learning and expect a comprehensive feeling of the future.Vocational education is to train applied talents and social workers and builders with certain cultural qualities and professional knowledge skills.Compared with general education and adult education,vocational education pays more attention to the cultivation of practical skills and practical work ability.The existing sense of education acquisition basically revolves around the "ideological and political course",and the special groups like the post-two generations are basically studied from the perspective of the project.This article takes the sense as a basic perspective and takes the two young students as the foothold to discuss theactual needs of the two young students in the East-West collaborative education project.This article defines the relevant policies of vocational education collaboration and related concepts of the two descendants through the reading of literature about the sense of educational attainment,analyzes the connotation of “acquisition attainment”,and clarifies the connection between the cultivation of sense of education and multiple educational resources.Based on the literature research,an empirical investigation was conducted on the sense of acquisition of the two students in the vocational education collaboration.Conducted semi-structured in-depth interviews with 22 posthumous students of H school who came to Shanghai for education,drawing on the reference rooted theory,by extracting the keywords and short sentences and similar sentences in the interview records,summing up the same or similar content,Finally,65 short sentences of feelings and feedback during the study in Shanghai were extracted.Based on the short sentences,26 conceptual categories of preliminary summaries of feelings about cross-regional learning were formed,and they were connected in series to summarize the educational will and educational materials.,The educational environment,the emotion of educational appeal,the interpersonal resources of education,and the output of education are six independent categories that make up the sense of educational attainment,as a dimension to consider the sense of educational attainment.According to the six dimensions,the three aspects of the interviewee's external environment,self-growth and social practice are discussed to discuss the connotation of educational acquisition,and the three characteristics of interdependence,time fermentation and transferability are summarized.At the same time,through the observation of researchers and teachers to understand the overall situation of student learning.According to the connotation and special characteristics of the sense of education acquisition,factors such as personal conditions,educational environment and social needs,individual economy and literacy,social support,school curriculum,teacher-student relationship,employment planning,and career prospects of the majors studied will be The educational attainment has an impact.According to the reasonsfor the lack of educational attainment,the author recommends the joint efforts of the three aspects of family,school and society to help the two students to improve their educational attainment.So that the East-West Collaborative Education Project can truly be student-centered,the curriculum revolves around students,life and learning care for students,and social resource services have better learning experience for students.In order to enhance the self-confidence of the two generations,improve the level of skills,develop in an all-round way,have a stronger employment competitiveness in the market,and make education alleviate poverty more effectively.
