With higher education entering a popular stage and educational and teaching innovations of universities increasingly enhancing, University's Student Units (USUS) have become a stage for unniversity students to cultivate their integraged quality ,creative mind and playing owm roles, as the mass organization of self-ducation, self-management and self-service, or the important part of second classroom. University's Student Units (USUS) have a significant influence on students' ideological and political education. Consequently, how to exactly recognize the contributions of student units to students' psychological and integrated ability, with constructively taking corresponding measures to develop their efficient functions in university, has become a noticeable issue not to be ignored.This paper will focus on the thought of national USUS construction, with methodologies of politics, sociology and psychology, also analyze and solve current problems of national student Units based on concepts of Marxism. Firstly, it will generally describe the definition and development of USUS, types and characters of USUS and functions and effects of USUS in order to foreshadow fundamental theories. Then, it will use Chinese USUS compare with American USUS, which benefits for us to improve the general understanding of history and construction situation of both USUS, also palys the role of relevation and reference for this paper's research. Furthermore, this paper will comprehensively analyze current situation and characters of USUS' development and construction in HeiLongJiang. The design will be placed on questionnaires of HeiLongJiang USUS in order to find existing problems. Furthermore, it can help to analyze problems which are in national USUS. According to these problems and its significance of development, this paper will give some measures and recommendations to how to strategically construct USUS. Through analysis above, this paper will help you to generally understand the current situation of USUS in HeiLongJiang and provide some bases and methods to how to strategically construct them. Meanwhile, it can give some references to how to develop of national USUS, so as to adopt the need of constructing harmonious society in China.
