In the field of eduction and psychology, metacognition was produced long long ago, but from the theory was distinguished and indicated to today, the period is brevity. Although scientists engage in theoretics research and application research of metacognition create a lot of considerable achievements, but at the compartmentalization of application research , we can find lots of valuable virgin soil, The relevant research of metacognition and conceptual formation of chemical equilibrium is a piece of meaning subject.The chapter of chemical equilibrium is emphasis and difficulty in the chemistrical curriculum, the concepts are abstract and the preconceptions can bring students'misconceptions, students may have mental obstacle in certain extent on learning the chapter. Therefore, at the starting of discussing students'study, seeking the relevant research of metacognition and conceptual formation of chemical equilibrium, which is good for teachers taking measures of metacognitive training to help students form scientific concepts and for arising students'primary station, and for the completely promotion of the education qualtities.We draw up questionnaires for investigating the relevant research of metacognition and conceptual formation of chemical equilibrium, which have good reliability and effectiveness. The outcome indicate: there is great correlation between metacognition and conceptual formation of chemical equilibrium, the correlation between metacognition and conceptual"chemical equilibrium move"is biggest, the correlation between metacognition and conceptual"chemical equilibrium"is least. different components of metacogniton can make different influence on conceptual formation of chemical equilibrium, the action of remediation on conceptual formation of chemical equilibrium is smallest, the action of controlling on conceptual formation of chemical equilibrium is biggest and the action of awareness is great.Aiming at result of research , the paper suggest that teachers need to train students'metacognitive level in the teaching, and bring forward particular measures, the paper help teachers have cognizance of how to deal with the influence of metacogniton for students and significance of non- intelligence, and also put forward advice for teaching on chemical equilibriumm.
