| The educational idea of vocational competency development comes from Germany of the 1990s. It emphasizes tacit, deep and process property not the explicit vocational competency that based on operating skill. These advanced education theories and methods can be applied to the teaching system of higher vocational education in China, and optimize teaching system of practical training by the reforms of teaching goal, textbook compiling and teaching methods in our higher vocational college. By cultivating key abilities in the course of training teaching, students can overcome continuously knowledge aging and satisfy the requirement of the society.Training teaching is the most important part of teaching in higher vocational college. Some higher vocational colleges have not established a scientific training teaching system because of the influence of subject system in a long period. The research objective is to solve several problems of training teaching system in our higher vocational colleges by drawing lessons from advanced education idea of vocational competency development. Many advanced methods are used in the research such as document retrieval, comparison, investigation and so on. On the base of arranging and defining the formation and development of basic concepts of vocational ability and vocational ability development systematically, this paper conclude the characteristics of teaching model of vocational ability development,which bridge the educational idea of vocational ability development into the practice of our higher vocational education. Subsequently, taking the problem of training teaching in our higher vocational colleges as the starting point, the teaching model of vocational ability development is introduced into the training teaching in our higher vocational colleges and guide our practice for the ultimate exertion of the guiding role of the vocational ability development, around four key segments including teaching design, teaching content, teaching condition, teaching evaluation. |
