Research On Professional Accounting Of Vocational Ability-Oriented In Higher Vocational Colleges Practice Teaching

With the continuous development of market economy and the expansion of scale,higher vocational education in China shows a steady upward trend.However,with the expansion of college enrollment and the rapid development of accounting profession,the employment competition of accounting graduates is more and more intense,especially the accounting graduates in higher vocational colleges are not featured,the employment rate is generally low,the trained personnel can not meet the needs of the industry society,there are many reasons,but the most basic is the higher vocational graduates' practical ability is low not to meet the requirements.To solve this problem,the most powerful measure is to improve the practical ability of higher vocational college students through practical teaching.The ability-based educational thought has reached a consensus in today's vocational education,it is the core concept of vocational education theory teaching and practice teaching.This paper argues that the practical teaching of accounting professional courses in vocational ability is the key to reflect the characteristics of higher vocational education and achieve the goal of higher vocational accounting.This paper,starting with the needs of accountants,mainly through literature and interview methods: combining the characteristics of vocational education and accounting courses,using the rich network resources of library books and journals,CNKI and other electronic journals,through the collection and collation of literature,understand the domestic and foreign experts and scholars on practical teaching,higher vocational accounting professional courses practical teaching and professional ability and other related issues,and do an in-depth analysis.
