Curriculum as the core of education,has always been the focus of the research on the theory and practice of higher vocational education.Because the research of higher vocational education curriculum starts late, the curriculum development of higher vocational colleges is not strong,and highlighting the professional characteristics and professional advantages of school-based curriculum development is not in place,which seriously affects the quality of personnel training in Higher Vocational Colleges.According to the theory of competency based education,research on the combination of current situation investigation and theory study.Firstly, grasp the research status and development practice.First,using the literature research method to understand the research results of the school based curriculum development in Higher Vocational Education,concluding the weak links in the research,confirm the importance and necessity of the research of this subject.Second,using survey research method,taking Guizhou M Vocational College as a case,grasp comprehensively the status quo of the development of school based curriculum in Guizhou M Vocational Colleges by self-made questionnaire.Using SPSS and AMOS tools for statistical analysis of survey data and data,come to conclusion that there are significant differences in attitude of school based curriculum implementation,the expectationof the development of school based Curriculum,understanding of the concept of school based curriculum development and comprehensive functional ability,implementation of practical skills courses.There are many main problems,including weak of development consciousness and low attention by school leaders and teachers, lack of the cognition of course by the students,limitation of school curriculum setting,major ratio of the structure of subject curriculum,lack of resources guarantee,single development mode,formalization of cooperation between school and enterprise.The main influencing factors are that national curriculum policy lay particular stress on theoretical knowledge learning,school management mechanism and guarantee system are weak,development subject teachers are lack of training and overall development capabilities.Secondly,construct the middle model to develop online career experience and carry out order education.First of all, the author constructs the student experience and the management of teachers’ online career experience ’2 * R’ course module in the network platform,to make a whole cognition and overall experience to the professional working system before the students enter the job.So they can achieve professional roles as soon as possible and meet the requirements of the employing units.Second,increase the strength of cooperation between schools and enterprises by carrying out the one school and one enterprise, one school and many enterprises, many schools and many enterprises in one of the order vocational education personnel training mode to make the development of school-based curriculum in higher vocational colleges more targeted and feasible.Finally, explore the " two more and two organization" practice strategy.first put forward more propaganda, more learning strategies from the main factors of curriculum development subject. Second put forward the strategy of legislative organization and guarantee from the curriculum development management mechanism.It is mainly for the curriculum development of higher vocational colleges to give practical reference.
