Based on current situation in student-management in rural middleschool of YK City, through defining the key concept ,testing and investigating the relavent reports and also though talks , this paper reveals internal relation between family- background and student-management, and urgency of performing student-management based on family-background, and gives some advice on how to perfecting student-management.This paper thinks that the current student-management system of the rural middle school seriously restricts the development of students, the main reason is lacking enough and deeply understanding of students' family background, and lacking harmonious interaction between school and students' family, then school and family will not come into being a functional educational community. If exchange and communicating between school and family gets more and more scarce, then this means that student who is the entity connecting school and family will lose their emotion experience and discourse right. Along with the occurrence of the qualitative change in parenting style, parent pays more comprehensive attention to school. Diversification of student's type gives a challenge to mode of student-management of school. School should pay more attention to student's background actively; strive to promote optimum and harmonious development on parent-child relationships; guide effectively scientific development on parenting style of family, so that produce the active efficacy and force to further reform and development of school in management.The validity of student-management in rural middle school originates from understanding deeply and system analyzing to student's family background. In understanding and analyzing family background, re-positioning of school's function and role is the key to carry out a highly efficient school management. In the end, with consideration of local condition,to perfect student-management in rural middle school, this paper points out, on the premise of dynamic understanding of student's family background, to re-survey and construct the relationship between family and school, to actively seek the corresponding relationship between the type of family background and type of student-management, to establish the static system, and to build the new internal management mechanism of school according to the conception of "human-oriented"...
