In the 1980s,with the deepening in the research on the teacher's specialization. The research on teacher's knowledge becomes one of the core contents in the teacher's cognition research and the development of teacher's specialization research. teacher's knowledge is becoming more important in the development of teacher's specialization.As for teacher's knowledge study,the normal schools of foreign countries in the earlier period just focus on the teacher's academic knowledge.Currently ,scholars and the reformers realized that teacher's academics knowledge pedagogy knowledge,and psychology knowledge are all very important in teaching.For Uigur teacher in Xinjiang,owning firm conditional kowledege is an assurance for valid teaching, and also psychology will bring about big influence on the language study and the language teaching particularly.This research chooses the Uigur teachers of high school in Urumqi as the research objects, mainly paying attention to the following issues:What is the present condition of Uigur teacher's conditional kowledege ;How can the Uigur teacher acquire conditional kowledege; How can Different ways contribute to the development of conditional kowledege.This research shows that:1,The present of conditional kowledege mastered by Uigur teachers of high school show that, the score of teacher's is lower .And further study shows that ,the teacher's title, educational background level and whether graduated from normal school are not significant to the scores;The teacher's age and HSK level are not influence to the total marks but in the dimension of teaching and learning.The teacher's teaching age has already shown significant influence to the total mark;The sex of teacher' shows prominent influence on the dimension of evaluation knowledge concerning to the students.The grades that teachers teaching shows significant influence on the dimension of the development knowledge of students' body and mind and the evaluation knowledge.2, Different ways contributed differently to teacher's conditional kowledege. Firstly,teaching experience, teacher's introspection, and daily intercommunion with colleagues are the most important ways. Secondly, teaching&research and job exclusively training are less important outlets, and reading the professional book is not that an important outlet. as the experience to be a student, training before the job and other paths are not so important .According to the result of this research, this paper put forward some consideration to promote developing and consummating teacher's conditional knowledge .
