The thesis discusses the characteristics of urban residents' sports consumptive and its potential unique laws of consumption structure in Longyan City,it tries to work out the relevant factors affecting its development,to propose useful positive strategy in order to provide some theoretical basis for sports consumption of urban residents in Longyan City,Thereby promoting the prosperity and the rapid socio-economic development of the consumer market in Longyan City.With the help of literature search,surveys,mathematical statistics, logic analysis as well as interviews,the paper comes to the conclusions as follows:1.In Longyan,a large part of urban residents care about sports,with a stronger awareness of sports consumption,they get sports information mainly through the Internet and television.2.(Longyan urban) Residents mainly have a leisure time of three hours, their consumption motive is to keep fit and recreation;They go together mainly "with their colleagues,friends" and "with their families" to venues such as Badminton Hall,Swimming Pool and Table Tennis Room.3.(Longyan urban) Residents have more unified attitude towards the idea of "spending money to buy health",they can afford to pay for the wonderful match at the cost from 10 to 50 yuan. 4.It makes no significant differences in sex on sports expenditure, However,there is significant correlation with age,income,occupation, family structure and education.As a whole,the consumption level is not high.5.The main consumption lies sports equipment,while the participating and appreciating consumers are also increasing.6.Economic factor is the most important one in affecting residents' sports consumption,and the other factors are leisure time,sites, consumption consciousness,price of sports goods.
