The reformation of curriculum is one of the hot issues during the physical education(PE) research in university. Due to the new situation of educational reformance, It is extremely necessary to reform the physical education curriculum in the Upgraded Colleges developed from technological academy. By using the method of document information, specialist interview, questionnaire and logic analysis, this paper studies on the PE Curriculum Model in Fujian Upgraded Colleges. The results show that there are kinds of models existed in the PE Curriculum Model in Fujian Upgraded Colleges. However, most of the Upgraded Colleges established only in the light of the outdated colleges or colleges brothers model curriculum on the basis of the actual situation in their own schools conducted some preliminary attempts, the traditional concepts such is the impact of the implementation will be in the process of deviation or even depart from, do not form a decision-making, management, implementation, participants in multi-level interaction and a virtuous circle. Fujian Upgraded Colleges' PE teachers in the colleges of sports, of course, on the concept of teaching and curriculum reform is a big gap between the requirements of sports from the curriculum outline for the new curriculum requirements. There are still some gaps, or hold a major sports projects part of some new sports or not choose less choice, we must also strengthen the development of sports resources. Not enough emphasis on theoretical courses, the theory curriculum lacks of pertinency. The reform of PE teaching materials has lagged behind,to be strengthened. Sports funding is not enough, and sports venue structure is irrational, indoor venues obviously inadequate. PE teachers are on the existence of low teacher titles, low - Education. PE organization is relatively rigid, teaching methods with a single relatively backward; Setting of the PE curriculum ignores the regional characteristics. According to the status quo and our university reform's expierence,this paper aims to provide reference for the development of the PE for our province through the model of college PE curriculum model. We conclude that reform in Fujian Upgraded Colleges' PE curriculum is imperative. And the future reform trend contains: the establishment of advancing with the idea of PE curriculum; overcome the constraints of Fujian Upgraded Colleges PE curriculum development of the model; give full play to resource of the West side of the Straits; adapt to the trend of curriculum development, promote a variety of physical education curriculum models co-exist.
