Teacher is main provider of school represents.As teacher employment-appointment system reform,Chinese university has done many discoveries for years.But they still have not achieved many breakthroughs yet.This paper is base on historical development of university teacher employment-appointment system in China.Focus on classification and analysis of Chinese teacher employment-appointment system from history,present and reform these three aspects.To uncovered the inner law and value orientation of running employment-appointment system.To explored the trend of reform and existing problems.On this topic,the author believes:At present,it must be pointed out that the Chinese higher education as the leading force in China is still very strong.The impact of the growing market infiltration everyday,academic strength is comparatively meager.The weakening of academic power,academic accreditation mechanism for the alienation, academic norms and academic freedom,the lack of security system and concept of deviation what makes the legality of employment-appointment system reform can not play an effective mechanism of checks and balance role,therefore difficult reform. The employment-appointment system in choosing the path of reform,the author focuses on three aspects of the relationship.Mobility and stability,fairness and efficiency,incentive and restrictive that handle these three areas are essential.
