A Research On Teachers' Work-Related Stress In Fu'an Key Middle Schools

In the Market Economy society today, people feel more and more stress from life and work. Stress has a more wide and serious influence on every person.Work-related stress has become a hot issue. With the development of educational reform and the specializing of teaching force, With the modernization, internationalization, informationlizaton and opening of education,new educational ideas and teaching techniques are pouring in, which also bring teachers much impact.teachers are experiencing more and more serious work-related stress. The stress from teaching, economy and life not only does harm to teachers physically and physiologically, but prevents teachers from improving on their professional skills and knowledge, thus, having a negative influence on the growth of students. The author attempts to research on teachers's work-related stress in Fu'an key middle schools through interviews, references and surveys. By analysing the static, the author attempts to find out some resolutions and suggestions to relieve teachers' work-related stress.
