Social Work Intervention On Teachers' Stress In Work-study Schools

Recently in the top ten health overdraft industry survey,teachers ranked fifth,and in many years continued,teacher pressure has become a focus of attention.As important members of the special education teaching team,teachers in work-study schools are under great pressure.However,public pressure on teachers is only measured,and there is no intervention on pressure.This study takes M work-study school teachers' pressure as an example,takes them as the research object,and adopts the method of action research.Professional social work through the group work and case interview method for 6 M school teachers pressure to intervene,for nearly a year,this study found that M work-and-study schools teachers stress mainly comes from students,moral,colleagues and leadership,in the social work intervention pressure after M work-and-study schools teachers,teacher's professional ability,learning potential,team cooperation ability get promoted,pressure eased,fully illustrates the social work service in alleviating work-and-study schools teachers stress effect;In addition,through continuous reflection,this study worked out the service plan with the service object to ensure the service quality.At the same time,this study also tries to put forward the service direction to promote the development of school social work.On this basis,the author through practice,observation and reflection,puts forward some suggestion for promoting the development of the school social work,the author advocates the multi-pronged,advice and education administrative department should from the thought and system support,the school should pay attention to talent cultivation in colleges and universities,from the inside to support the primary and secondary school teachers learn social work related theory knowledge and skills,social work agencies should also be more active participation of school social work service.
