This article is based on the several of uneven development and misunderstanding of traditional physical education, trying to excavate the thought of harmony from "Tao Te Ching " deeply to get some new view to physical education for enlightenment, and to improve the current state of physical education to achieve the rapid development of physical education.The words of "Tao Te Ching" are only 5000, but the meaning in it is profound.(1) "Tao" is the concept of the ideological foundation of harmony thought: "Tao" is the premise of symbiotic harmony of everything the universe based on, and it is the harmony principle to interpret life towards the unity of truth, goodness and beauty. Lao Tzu stressed on doing nothing, the premise to achieve harmony that "Tao follow the natural" which he solved the problem is doing something to recognize "natural" (the law). (2) Human comprehend the earth,heaven,Tao,nature and make choice to compliance and comply with the law. Here, doing nothing is the premise to achieve such a response, and it is the Comprehend to "natural". Only a clear understanding has been achieved that will ultimately follow the Tao, it is in accordance with that the law of the growth of "natural",Tao,heaven,the earth. This do nothing is do something. Lao Tzu's "doing nothing is doing everything" is his demands of ideological harmony thought of "Dao follow the nature". (3) Lao Tzu's thought of doing nothing is combined with their "natural law" and achieved the harmony from "doing nothing" to "doing everything". (4) The important role of "Person" reflected in "distribution with the heaven". Rational people consciously turn naturally to "dealing" with the "nature of heaven" highly, that is harmony between man and nature. "Heaven" and "person" attribute to one law and harmony between man and nature.Based on the analysis of "Tao Te Ching", I access many enlightenment of today's physical education. This paper highlights the main body from the subject and as a group such as PE teachers and students and the relations between the two to consider the harmony thought of physical education teaching thinking.From the view of individual point, teachers is a leader in physical education, they must be dedicated to harmony in planning to carry out the education, should be in line with social conditions, but also should be in line with the physical fitness of students, not for large, ambitious, and so on to their aptitude. Teachers in Physical education in university pursuit harmony, they has become a most important guide and achieve the purpose of education in harmony with the students, and achieve the purpose of changing the status of teaching. The harmonious thought of college physical education makes a more user-friendly features, it can give full play to the characteristics and potential of students so that education can reach more people, so that more students receive the full advantage in the play. Student as the subject in sport learning should also adjust himself according to their own actual situation. The students achieve harmony in physical education and sport. The core of its theoretical purpose is to exert the students' initiative motivation, initiative, and creativity fully,, so that students achieve the process of learning the full realization of the harmony of their own in sports and exercise, so that advantages in its own can be plaid-depth, fully mobilize the initiative of the subject of students in their own actual conditions and choose physical activity adapted on the basis of himself, thus improving the quality of the realization of their own, to experience the beauty of harmony both the subject educational theory and "teaching self-organization" theory.From the groups, the teaching and learning are inseparable from the continuum, promote each other, and realize the rapid development of sports education. This includes two types of harmony. First: the harmony between teachers and students in physical education. The leading teachers and the subjective of students are complementary to each other, to mobilize the initiative of the subject of students fully in Physical Education through adopted to strengthen and optimize the teachers'leading. Second: internal harmony in Physical Education. Enhance the cohesion of team sports is to achieve the harmony of the most extensive in sports teams: This includes the harmony of coaches, teachers and students; the players, students and the students; players and players, the students and members of their own training program.Today, the status and role of harmony thought in "Tao Te Ching" has become increasingly important. The content of physical education that Colleges and universities choose should achieve a real need to adapt to the subject of teaching to meet student interests and hobbies, the only way to mobilize the enthusiasm of students fully. Philosophy thought of a harmonious make very significant contributions in today's society. With this philosophy to discuss the reform of physical education in colleges and universities, I believe that physical education can improve the effectiveness of colleges and universities.Of course, we should also point out that the thought of "Tao Te Ching" is indeed profound, but this does not mean that it has complete in full compliance correctness or in the line with state of development at this stage, only to remove its irrational factors now can be better also made to promote the development of physical education.
