Study Improving Teacher's Relationship Based On "Harmony"

Based on the idea of "harmony", this essay studies the concept of the idea of "harmony" and the value of the usage of the idea of "harmony", so that the relationship among teachers could be improved. The common concept of "harmony" is nowadays so-called "harmony and coincidence". "Harmony" can deal with the relationship between human and nature, between human and society, between human and human. This is the applied value of "harmony". "Harmony" is a way to deal with difficulties. "Harmony" is a state which people pursue. People can't break this state, otherwise, they will be punished by the natural rules. The precondition and principle of "harmony" is "Harmony makes difference". "Harmony" not only refers to the periodic stability which is caused by different well-developing things, but also negates all the over-developing things. Relationship among teachers is one kind of relationships existing in schools. The way, the ideal state and the principle of "Harmony makes difference" can efficiently adjust the two relations, which are called "rival and cooperation" and "single person and team members". Chapter III and IV are two examples to show different states of "harmony" can have different influence on administration of schools. The first case describes the reason why bad rival can be caused in one school. The second case describes how "harmony" works in the other school. In last chapter, the writer reflects on analysis of the two examples, emphasize the importance of the leader level. It's important to have one aim of the administration, to construct the basic idea of harmonious relationship among teachers. Five efficient strategies are also mentioned in last chapter, including "harmony culture strategy, efficient adjustment strategy, third-part administration function strategy, single person and team members strategy, reasonable assessment strategy".
