When our country society's reforming, The educational reform has launched along with it, But the new curriculum reform is focus of our country educational reform, The new curriculum reform goal realizes mainly interacts through teachers' and students' contact to complete. Therefore the teachers and students associate take the teachers and students relations establishment of the most fundamental mode and the way, It becomes the focal point topic which the educator pays attention day by day, But the teachers and students'relations is be most basic, the most important interpersonal relationship in school educational practice, It was the eternal topic which the educators discuss since old times. But with the development of the time, The eternal topic has the questioning value and the research significance. The school educational teaching activity is mainly comepleted through the teachers and students associates interactive in the classroom, But teachers and students' interactive relations in the classroom are not invariable, Sometimes it has the harmony, consistent, Sometimes it also has the conflict, divergent. The massive educational facts indicated that the conflict between teachers and student is inevitable as the two non-uniformity and the different class group, We cannot ignore, deny its existence. As the educator, We need to analysis the present situation and the reason about teachers and students'conflict in the classroom, We also must analysis bidirectional function about teachers and students'conflict in the classroom, It includes two functions: negative function and positive function. We should see the destructive effects, And we can't exaggerate its destructive effects. We must realize that conflicts of teachers and students in the classroom is one condition of the teachers and students contact, Through taking some measures and the strategies, The teachers and students'conflict is may melt, The teachers and students may construct harmonious interpersonal relationship. Through the comprehensive objective analysis, We will realize that sometimes teachers and students'conflict is also one kind of latent educational resources, We need to admit and use teachers and students'conflict, We should try to discover its educational value, The teachers and students will enable to achieve one harmonious condition finally.The author think that the conflict and harmony is two different shapes of development, Conflict breeds the harmonious seeds, It conceals some conflicts in the harmony, Harmony is perfect condition of the things development. The author selects to study the classroom teachers and students'conflict taking the harmony as the value orientation, I think that teachers and students'conflict in the classroom is may compromise, It is internal contradiction, but is not the irreconcilable contradictions .We must realizes this point, And we must objectively regard teachers and students'conflict in the classroom ,And study its destructive effects and positively, constructive role, Through adopting the omni-direction strategies and the measures,We will solute teachers and students'conflicts in the classroom, The teachers and students will move toward to the harmony finally, And construct the ideal harmonious teachers and students'relations.
