Empirical Research On The Problems Of Regularity Of Setting Up Schools In Comprehensive Universities

Because of the 1990s merging of universities and the implementation of the expanding policy,the comprehensive universities scale inflate rapidly. The discipline quantity increases. The layout tends to integrate which directly affects expansion of the different level management scope. The school system is the universal existence form. Because of the lack of proof and the instruction of science theory,the fundamental research can not satisfy the practice need. There is nearly no real diagnosis research. The setting up and establishment of present schools have too much flexibility but insufficient regularity.This research has the analysis of summary experience of establishment of school in comprehensive university in present China, establishes the linear return model and the statistical model, and has important practicing significance.First,suppose and set the related concepts which the schools in comprehensive universities,and explain the related theories and questions. Provide the theory reference.Then,analyze the schools in comprehensive university in US to find the developing rule and profit from the successful experience. Provides the real diagnosis research through the collected correlated data. Supply the statistical analysis result, establish the linear return model, supply residual plot,line fit plot,normal probability plot and discover the general rule from the control sample.Furthermore,analyze the present situation and the general question of schools in Chinese comprehensive universities theoretically. Proposing the following rule has the special practical significance. Establish the statistical model that both suits our country national condition, and conforms to the international rule.Finally,analyze the present situation of establishment of schools of Jinan University as a case and studied in the linear return model. Give the rationalized proposal to enhance management efficiency. Optimize resources disposition to better adapted to discipline development and the need of general education need, and train the compound talented person which the society needs urgently.
